Why am I running?

"Service, loyalty, and caring about our communities are in my blood and I’m proud to have the unwavering support of my family as I move to the next level of public service."

This is the big why. Why would ANY sane person throw their proverbial hat into the ring, especially considering how crazy the circus has become? It’s much easier to follow the old proverb, “Not my circus, not my monkeys.”

All my life I’ve cared about others. My parents were involved in our community, the Catholic church, the Italian American and Japanese American organizations, the Fraternal Order of Police, the Realtors Association, and many other civic and charity organizations. As a teen I volunteered with the Knights of Columbus and served as a Eucharistic minister at my church. I also helped run children’s games for fundraising days at the local amusement park and sold t shirts to help save the rain forest.

I have worked on local campaigns as a volunteer for the past several years, and I know my experiences, skills, and clear headed vision for Arizona give me the tools necessary to lead into the next decade. With the horrendous corruption and self dealing we see in our long time public officials, volunteering is no longer enough. So now I run.

Service, loyalty, and caring about our communities are in my blood and I’m proud to have the unwavering support of my family as I move to the next level of public service.
